En mars 2020, nous avons planté 1500 vignes d’Assyrtiko. Un an plus tard, elles poussent. Alors pourquoi et comment avons-nous fini par planter un cépage grec dans le Languedoc ?
Petits raisins verts
La floraison est terminée et les raisins sont mûrs. Nous pouvons maintenant prévoir la récolte de 2021. Il faut s’imaginer que ces raisins vont devenir des grappes noires dans 3 mois.
