Our fabulous ‘new’ winery

Work has nearly finished on our new winery. The building itself is at least 150 years old and has been used mostly as a barn for agricultural equipment although at one time it moonlighted as the village’s salle de fête.

So this is what it looked like in January .. 

And this is what it looked like at 10am this morning. What a difference!

And this is what it looked like at lunchtime, after its first coat of alimentary paint.

Now all we need are tanks, barrels, a pump, hoses, a press…..
